My friend Rich came up with an ingenious and very useful website for those us of who need to list local yard sales/garage sales without the hassle of the large and often time un-navigable websites.

His site was launched last year in late June and caters to individuals throughout the whole country, the current cost is free but within the next month he plans to implement a sponsorship for every sale you list. With every sale you list either Toys for Tots or the Shriners Childrens Hospital will get a portion of the listing proceeds. How awesome is that?!?
I had a look over his site and there are some really great resources there! Not only can you find or post a sale based on your city/state/zipcode, but there are coupons ranging in everything from beverages to photography that are easily printed from your own printer, to be used at local stores. I LOVE that feature! I printed a few out for the next time we go to the grocery, for things like toothpaste, cake frosting, etc.
The site has a wonderful design and easy navigational tabs along the left of the site. It has a FAQ section featuring some of th emost common questions about listing your sales and an easy to use contact form in case you have further questions.

The site is new so you may not yet find a sale in your area. But now is the time to get in there and get your own yardsales listed.
