Beana’s Place – Nursing Cover + Library Bag review

Back in the summer, I sent out a barter request to my MomPack Mommy friends for a large nursing cover. Miss Jobena, of Beana’s Place, came to my rescue and sent me (in exchange for some advertising at Cinnamon Hollow) one of the prettiest nursing cover’s I’ve ever seen. And I got to choose the fabric! AND it came in record breaking time…. just a few days!

Although we have a new baby girl, I chose a cover in a lovely teal color instead of the typical pink. I wanted something large & dark that I knew would hide everything sufficiently. (I have squirmy babies )
The Sweet Pea Nursing Cover™ does just that! At 26″ tall & 35″ wide, it is large enough to cover all my mommy parts but not so large that it hangs to the floor. PLUS it has an awesome 14″ plastic type banding in the neckline that holds the top open just enough to allow fresh air and lets me see my precious muffin while she is nursing. There is a metal D-ring on the straps making it completely adjustable. One more AWESOME feature is a little terry-cloth pocket on the inside of one corner. I can hide extra nursing pads or a pacifier, toy, etc. in there or I can use it to quickly wipe away any spit-up. And believe-you-me, my kiddies have all been super-spitters! Can you say Baby-Geyser? Mmmm hmmm! So this little terry-cloth pocket is super cool and handy! LOVE IT!!!

Another product in our barter was a handmade library book bag in dinosaur print fabric. My son likes to really load up at the public library . You’d think he had checked out every book in the place, :0) and I had actually been on the lookout for just such a bag! Oh sure, I’m crafty enough to make my own but these are so cute! And it is so nice to work with another WAHM!!!
