My children and I had recently received, for review, samples of the Arm and Hammer® Spinbrush® toothbrushes, Orajel® for infants and Orajel® training toothpaste for toddlers. I received the Spinbrush Pro Clean® in purple, my 9 year old son received a skateboard shaped Kids Spinbrush® and my 6 year old daughter received an ice cream cone shaped Kids Spinbrush®. Can you say excited? My kiddies tore into those packages like it was Christmas morning! I’ve never seen children so excited to brush their teeth! I was concerned that the toothbrushes might be a little too big to fit in their mouths but they fit just fine. They did a great job too. My older kiddies brushed and had nice clean teeth. Our son says his teeth feel nice and smooth and even after a week, they are both still very excited when it’s toothbrushing time. I really love mine too. It admittedly took a day or two to get used to. I’ve been using a regular style toothbrush for over 30 years so having one that is battery operated took a little adjustment! But it cleans my teeth great and has removed quite a bit of plaque which is always a wonderful thing! I LOVE it!

Our three year old was equally excited to try her new toothpaste. She loves Little Bear and for her, having Little Bear toothpaste is just the coolest thing. And she loves the taste. Ours is Bubble Burst. While C. is getting pretty good at spitting when we brush, I know that she still swallows a little. She is only 3. So, I like that there is no flouride making it safer to ingest than regular toothpaste. She loves the taste and I love the fact that it cleans her teeth and the character gets her excited to brush. (In creating this post, C. was equally excited to see ‘Her‘ toothpaste being featured in the photo, making it very difficult to write! hehehe)
The Baby Orajel Cooling Cucumber Teething Gel was Heaven sent!!! I took a little taste before I used it on the baby because I won’t put something in their little mouths that I wouldn’t use myself and in the past, my kids would gag when we’d try the Orajel. But I was super curious about the melon flavor and cucumber extract. It was GOOD! Seriously, I thought it was rather yummy. And it numbed my tongue instantly, which I didn’t think about before I tasted it. :0) It worked great on mommy, so we tried it. There was a tip on the box to refrigerate it so it would be cooling and extra soothing. Great tip!!! Our baby is 5 months old and starting the teething process. Drooling, chewing… the whole nine yards. The day after receiving my samples, baby K. was very fussy. She chewed, cried, kicked and screamed. I applied a little to her gums and voila!, she immediately calmed down. I couldn’t believe how well it worked. This baby Orajel has been a lifesaver this past weekend! we will definitely continue using it until her little teeth come in.

I haven’t tried the spin brushes, but if your kids liked them I am willing to give them a try. I have tried the oragel and it really is the best thing ever invented. I can’t tell you how many hours of sleep it has been responsible for at our house.
